The mission of the Legacy Magnet Academy PTO is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by representing our members, and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership and communications.
Excellence in Education
The PTO supports the teachers, staff, students and community of Legacy Magnet Academy. The focus of the school will be centered on Technology, Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (TIDE). The key components will include project-based learning, innovative entrepreneurship-focus and design-thinking integration.
Project Based Learning
Legacy Magnet Academy is designed for students who wish to pursue their passion for Technology, Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (TIDE). In the context of Project Based Learning, students will learn their core content through the lens of business, entrepreneurial thinking and design thinking.
Building A Bright Future
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.
With the support from Legacy Magnet Academy families, we are to accelerate learning for all students.
